V kazuistice je popsĂĄn pĹĂpad otravy lerkanidipinem, kterĂ˝ patĹĂ mezi Äasto pĹedepisovanĂŠ lĂŠky ze skupiny blokĂĄtorĹŻ vĂĄpnĂkovĂ˝ch kanĂĄlĹŻ. PrezentovanĂĄ prĂĄce popisuje 31letĂŠho muĹže, v sebevraĹžednĂŠm pokusu uĹžil 90-100 tablet lerkanidipinu, coĹž odpovĂdĂĄ 900-1 000 mg ĂşÄinnĂŠ lĂĄtky. Jde o zatĂm nejvyĹĄĹĄĂ dĂĄvku, jakĂĄ byla literatuĹe popsĂĄna. rĂĄmci lĂŠÄby byl pacientovi proveden vĂ˝plach Ĺžaludku, podĂĄvĂĄno aktivnĂ uhlĂ a na podporu vylouÄenĂ Fortrans (makrogol). NĂĄslednÄ za sledovĂĄnĂ hladin ionizovanĂŠho vĂĄpnĂku podĂĄvĂĄn CaCl2. Po tĹech dnech hospitalizace JIP pacient pĹeloĹžen psychiatrickĂŠ oddÄlenĂ, kterĂŠho po necelĂŠm tĂ˝dnu propuĹĄtÄn do domĂĄcĂ pĂŠÄe.
